Your place
in the city.
Properties are an important part of life in NukeRoleplay. Whether you are looking for a small apartment, a family home, a business property or somewhere to build your own space, there are many different properties available throughout the world.
Properties can either be purchased with a One Time Payment or rented through a recurring daily rent.
12 Properties
A player can own a maximum of 12 properties at the same time.
Build Inside
Many properties include garages, basements or other areas where players can build.
Two Payment Types
Properties can use either a One Time Payment or a daily rental system.
Player Permissions
Property owners can trust other players and manage their permissions.
Finding a
Property
There are two main ways to find a property in NukeRoleplay.
Scotex
Open your Mobile Phone and launch the Scotex app. From there you can browse available properties through different categories and look for a property that fits your needs.
Property Signs
You can also find properties directly in the world. Walk up to a property with a sign and interact with it to view the available purchase options.
Buying or
Renting
Properties use one of two different payment models. Make sure you understand which model a property uses before committing to it.
One Time Payment
Pay the full purchase price once and own the property. There are no daily rent payments for this type of property.
However, owning more than two One Time Payment properties will activate the property tax system.
Rent
Instead of paying the full purchase price, you pay rent every real-life day.
You need to keep enough money available to cover your rent.
If a rented property is removed from your ownership because you can no longer afford the rent, everything built inside the property can be deleted.
Make it
yours.
Many properties include additional spaces such as garages, basements or other buildable areas.
Players can use these spaces to create their own interiors and build their own spaces inside the property.
Your builds are tied to the property. If the property is sold, removed or lost because you cannot afford the rent, the builds inside it will be deleted.
Keep this in mind before spending a large amount of time building inside a property. Losing the property can mean losing everything you built there.
Trust your
people.
Property owners can give other players permissions to access and use their property.
/house <Housename> trust <Playername>
Once a player has been trusted, their permissions can be managed through the property menu.
/house menu
Only give property permissions to players you trust. Make sure you understand what access you are giving before adding someone.
Property
Limit
Players can own a maximum of 12 properties at the same time.
Once you reach the limit, you must own fewer than 12 properties before you can purchase another one.
Property
Taxes
One Time Payment properties have a special tax system designed to prevent players from collecting large numbers of permanent properties without ongoing costs.
You can own up to 2 One Time Payment properties without paying property taxes.
Once you purchase a third One Time Payment property, taxes apply to all One Time Payment properties you own.
Tax Trigger
Your third One Time Payment property activates property taxes.
Tax Rate
10% of the original purchase price for each One Time Payment property.
Tax Interval
Property taxes are charged every 7 real-life days.
All One-Time Properties
Once activated, the tax applies to every One Time Payment property you own.
In this example, the player owns three One Time Payment properties. Since the third property activates the tax system, all three properties are taxed.
