Not everything in the city is about earning a salary. Between shifts you can play at the arcade, challenge someone to a game of chess, climb a mountain or jump out of a plane.
Fishing, farming and hunting are jobs and are explained in the Jobs documentation. Many activities pay out in money or XP, others simply give you something to do with friends. Most of them are run by NPCs or machines you can find around the world, so just walk up and interact.
Arcade
Spend Arcade Coins on machines and tables and win tickets.
Games
Chess, Connect 4, Tic Tac Toe and Minesweeper.
Outdoors
Mushroom picking, skydiving, mountain climbing and more.
Sports
Boat races, football and the Fight Club.
Daily Rewards
Daily quests and a login streak give you a reason to come back every day.
Out and
about.
Fishing, farming and hunting are jobs. You can find them in the Jobs documentation. These are some more relaxed things to do in the world.
Mushroom Picking
Look for brown and red mushrooms growing in the wild and pick them up. Be careful, some look suspicious.
Skydiving
Oblivion Skydive Inc. hands you a parachute. Land as close as possible to the target to earn a reward.
Mountain Climbing
Climb the mountain and press the button at the top. You can only press it once.
Piano
Play notes on the piano and entertain the people around you.
Insert
coin.
The arcade runs on Arcade Coins. Buy them from the Coin Vendor for 50€ each. Most games cost one coin per round and reward you with Arcade Tickets when you play well.
Air Hockey
Two players, one coin each. First to 10 goals wins and receives 3 tickets.
Whack a Mole
One coin. Hit the green moles, avoid the red ones. The better your score, the more tickets you get.
Turf Wars
A card battler for two players, one coin each. Build your deck, manage your mana and defeat your opponent. The winner receives 4 tickets.
Liar's Table
Sit down at the table, play one to three cards and call out the last player if you think they are lying. Free chairs are filled with bots. The last player standing wins 5 tickets.
Solitaire
One coin. Solve the game as fast as you can for 3 tickets. Use /solitairetop to see the fastest wins.
Play
together.
You do not need a machine to have fun. These games can be played against other players or against a bot.
Chess
Visit the Chess Club and talk to the old master. Challenge a player or play against the bot from Easy to Impossible. Club members have a rating and a place on the leaderboard.
Connect 4
/c4 <player> challenges a player, /c4 ai [easy|normal|hard] plays against a bot.
Tic Tac Toe
/ttt <player> challenges a player, /ttt ai [easy|normal|hard] plays against a bot.
Minesweeper
/ms easy (5 mines), /ms normal (8 mines) or /ms hard (10 mines). Left click reveals a field, right click places a flag.
For all challenge based games, the other player accepts with /c4 accept, /ttt accept or in the chess menu. Use resign to give up a running game.
Race and
compete.
Competitive players have a few options in the city.
IceGP Racing
Boat races on the ice track. Races end after 600 seconds, or 40 seconds after the first player crosses the finish line. Solo races are 1 lap. Several boat types are available.
BlockBall
Go to a football stadium in the city to play football with other players.
Fight Club
Challenge another player to a Deathmatch or a best of three Knockout match. Keep track of your rank and your wins. This mode is still a work in progress.
Come back
every day.
Two systems reward you for playing regularly.
Daily Quests
Use /quests to see your daily quests. Quests come in easy, medium and hard difficulty and ask you to mine, chop wood, fish, farm, hunt, deliver goods, talk to NPCs and more. Rewards are money or XP.
Login Streak
Log in on consecutive days to build a streak and use /loginstreak once per day to claim a reward. Special rewards wait at 10, 30, 50, 100, 200, 300, 365, 500, 750 and 1,000 days. If you stay away for more than three days, your streak resets.
